MBA applicants can get carried away with rankings. In this series, we profile amazing programs at business schools that are typically ranked outside the top 15.
With campuses in Barcelona and Madrid, IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Spain offers a markedly global MBA experience. In fact, the school has pioneered a unique English/Spanish bilingual MBA and, via its international exchange program, provides the opportunity to study at top business schools in more than ten countries for the first term of the second year. Through its one- to two-week overseas modules, second-year students can also take courses at one of the four global business hubs in which the school has remote campuses. Module participants can choose between New York City, Sao Paulo, Shanghai and Nairobi, where they will visit companies, attend networking events and learn about international business firsthand.
Beyond the many opportunities to study abroad IESE offers, the school boasts a diverse class composition of 80% international students from more than 56 countries. And, unlike many other European programs, IESE offers a full two-year MBA program with a teaching emphasis on the case method.
