Featured quite prominently in the New York Times business section this morning, Roger Martin, Dean of the Rotman School at the University of Toronto, discussed the evolution of his concept of integrative thinking. The Times somewhat enthusiastically endorses Martin’s general management concepts which are complemented by liberal arts influences (communication, negotiation, critical analysis) and lauds Yale and Stanford as well, while taking a not so subtle jab at the Booth School’s approach to teaching individual subjects as well.
